  • Continental Resources (CLR) up 11% after announcing that its board of directors has received a non-binding proposal from Harold Hamm to acquire for cash all of the outstanding shares of common stock of Continental for $70 per share
  • Kaival Brands (KAVL) up 46% after reporting it reached an agreement with Philip Morris Products, or PMPSA, a wholly owned affiliate of Philip Morris (PM), for the development and distribution of electronic nicotine delivery system products in markets outside of the U.S.


UP AFTER EARNINGS -

  • Oracle (ORCL) up 12%
  • Core & Main (CNM) up 7%
  • Li-Cycle (LICY) up 3%


DOWN AFTER EARNINGS -

  • Coda Octopus (CODA) down 2%
  • Sio Gene Therapies (SIOX) down 1%


LOWER -

  • Coinbase (COIN) down 5% after announcing it will reduce the size of its team by about 18% and after JPMorgan analyst Kenneth Worthington downgraded the stock to Neutral with a price target of $68, down from $171
  • Day One Biopharmaceuticals (DAWN) down 10% after offering to sell $125M in common stock
  • Outset Medical (OM) down 21% after implementing a shipment hold on the distribution of its Tablo Hemodialysis System for home use pending FDA review
  • Best Buy (BBY) down 2% after BofA analyst Elizabeth Suzuki downgraded the stock to Neutral from Buy
